Community work rooted in Trilokpuri
DASTAK India is a community NGO in Trilokpuri, Delhi. We work in education and health with the families who live in our neighborhood. Our mission is to meet local needs through programmes that are close to home and easy to join.
Our programmes include computer education, English classes, and school eye screening. We are present on the ground, so our work is shaped by direct conversations with people in the community.
How we work
Trust, accountability, and local presence
Our work is led by direct neighborhood interaction, without intermediaries. We listen to families and school teachers before we plan any activity. This keeps our education and health initiatives practical and relevant to the people they serve.
